Your settings, practice history, breath-hold results and any mood, pulse or notes you choose to enter stay in your browser’s storage on your device; they are not sent to us. Backups you make are files you keep.

Every sound is made on your device. The voice guide uses your browser’s speech service; some browsers (such as Chrome) may send the phase names (“Inhale” and so on) to their own online service to speak them. Vaasi’s pages are delivered by Amazon Web Services (CloudFront), which uses your IP address to send them; we have not turned on visitor logs.

2. வருகை எண்ணிக்கை · Visit counts

To learn which pages and features help people, we count visits with Umami, a tool we run ourselves on our server in Mumbai (insights.oliyonresearch.com). It uses no cookies and keeps no IP address. For each visit it records the pages opened and the time on them, the features used (such as "practice started"), the site or campaign link that brought you, your country and city, the kind of device, browser and language, and whether you were signed in — never who you are, anything you typed, your practice records, or the code in a private link. Browsers that ask not to be tracked (Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control) are not counted. These records are deleted after 13 months.

3. கணக்குடன் · With an account

Your e-mail address, your name (if you give one), and how you signed in (an e-mail code or Google).

Consent records: which version of the terms and this notice you accepted, when, and your IP address at that moment — as proof of consent.

Practice records: date, time, length, techniques, rounds and japa counts; and, if you enter them, mood, pulse, notes and breath-hold results.

Sign-in codes are deleted after 30 days; no IP address is kept with them (only a keyed scramble of it).

Two cookies, for signing in only: vaasi_session keeps you signed in to Vaasi for 30 days, and oliyon_id lets one sign-in work across the Oliyon Research tools on oliyonresearch.com (30 days). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

They are used only to show your progress across devices, to make your reports and to keep the service safe; they are never sold or used for advertising. They are stored with Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India. Mood and pulse are health-related; entering them is entirely your choice. Oliyon Research’s administrators access them only to run the service and to look into complaints.

4. உங்கள் உரிமைகள் · Your rights

உங்கள் தரவைப் பார்க்கவும் பதிவிறக்கவும், திருத்தவும், அழிக்கவும் (கணக்கை நீக்குதல்), ஒப்புதலைத் திரும்பப் பெறவும் உங்களுக்கு உரிமை உண்டு. கணக்குப் பக்கத்திலேயே இவற்றைச் செய்யலாம், அல்லது connect@oliyon.in-க்கு எழுதுங்கள்; 30 நாட்களுக்குள் பதிலளிப்போம். திருப்தி இல்லையெனில் இந்தியத் தரவுப் பாதுகாப்பு வாரியத்திடம் முறையிடலாம்.

You can see and download your data, correct it, erase it (delete your account) and withdraw your consent. You can do this on your account page, or write to connect@oliyon.in; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

5. எவ்வளவு காலம் · How long we keep it

கணக்கு நீக்கப்படும் வரை கணக்குத் தரவு வைக்கப்படும்; நீக்கியதும் அழிக்கப்படும். ஒப்புதல் பதிவுகள் சட்டம் கோரும் காலம் வரை சான்றாக வைக்கப்படும்.

Account data is kept until you delete the account, and then erased. Consent records are kept as proof for as long as the law requires.

6. குழந்தைகள் · Children

கணக்குகள் 18 வயது நிறைந்தவர்களுக்கு மட்டும். 18 வயதுக்குக் குறைந்தவர்கள் உள்நுழையாமல், பெற்றோர் அல்லது பாதுகாவலரின் மேற்பார்வையில் பயன்படுத்தலாம்; அப்போது தரவு அவர்களின் சாதனத்திலேயே இருக்கும்.

Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. Anyone younger may use Vaasi without signing in, under a parent’s or guardian’s supervision; their data then stays on their device.

7. மாற்றங்கள் · Changes

இந்த அறிவிப்பை மாற்றினால் புதிய பதிப்பை இங்கே வெளியிட்டு, கணக்குள்ளவர்களிடம் மீண்டும் ஒப்புதல் கேட்போம்.
